We contacted Arctic and had Jye come around. He went out of his way to spend time in giving us the best scenario for air-conditioning our house and the best situation financially for us. Jye answered questions, gave professional advice and even came back a second time before installation to discuss where the units would be placed etc. The lady in the office was equally as helpful and lovely to speak to. The work was completed so quickly and we are extremely happy with the units and the work. We would definitely recommend Artic and Jye!
